Non-disclosure agreement.

This Agreement is entered into by Dan Zabokrytskyi (dan.zabokrytskyi@gmail.com) and Working Robots Fund, LP, managed by Organic Growth LLC.

1. Confidential Information. All materials disclosed through the OpenBooks platform relating to the Fund, its portfolio companies, and their initiatives — including financial statements, capitalisation tables, technical specifications, customer lists, and the terms of any proposed transaction.

2. Permitted use. The Recipient may use Confidential Information solely to evaluate a possible investment or participation, and for no other purpose.

3. Non-disclosure. The Recipient shall not disclose Confidential Information to any third party except to advisers who need to know it and who are bound by equivalent obligations.

4. No offer. Nothing disclosed constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any offering will be made only through definitive documents.

5. Term. These obligations survive for three years from the date of acceptance.

6. Electronic acceptance. The Recipient agrees that acceptance below, confirmed by verification of the email address above, constitutes a signature under the E-SIGN Act.

An executed copy will be emailed to the address above and filed to your record room.
